Supporting the Wazir of Sulu
The Royal House of Sulu reiterates the statements made by the Hon. Amroussi Rasul, Wazir of the traditional government of the Sultanate of Sulu on the September 4 issue of the Daily Tribune.
The Hon. Wazir Rasul stated that “There is only one Sultan of Sulu. He is Sultan Muedzul-Lail Tan Kiram, direct descendant of Sultan Mahakuttah and Sultan Esmail — father and grandfather of Sultan Muedzul-Lail.”
His Royal Majesty Ampun Sultan Hadji Muedzul-Lail Tan Kiram, The 35th Sultan of Sulu and North Borneo, has been recognized by the Philippine government since the coronation of his father, Sultan Moh. Mahakuttah Abdulla Kiram in 1974. His Royal Majesty has also been recognized by other royal families, international organizations, and governments across the globe.
We invite personalities who misrepresent themselves to kindly support a singular peaceful cause for Sulu in the world stage.
